Digital product terms

Licence and permitted use
When you purchase a Digital Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or commercial use, as outlined in the product description.

  • Customise the product for your own branding and content
You may not:
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Digital Product in whole or in part

These Digital Product Terms apply to all downloadable and digital products sold or provided by Design and Develop Studio, including but not limited to website templates, design assets, graphics, guides, and any related digital materials (“Digital Products”).

By purchasing or accessing any Digital Product, you agree to these terms in full.

Intellectual property
All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Design and Develop Studio. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of Digital Products may result in legal action.

Delivery of digital products
Digital Products are delivered electronically via download or access link immediately or shortly after purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are compatible with the product format prior to purchase.

No refunds on digital products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a Digital Product has been delivered or accessed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or not as described under UK consumer law.

Product suitability and results
Digital Products are provided for informational and design purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, conversions, or business performance from using our products.
You are responsible for how you implement and use the Digital Products within your business.

Third-party platforms
Our Digital Products may be designed for use with third-party platforms including Showit, Etsy, and Canva. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, pricing, availability, or technical issues related to these platforms.

AI-generated content disclosure
Some demonstration images or placeholder content included in our Digital Products may be created using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. These assets are provided for demonstration purposes only and must be replaced with your own original or properly licensed content before publishing.

Prohibited use
You may not use our Digital Products:
  • In any unlawful, misleading, or harmful manner
  • In connection with artificial intelligence systems, automated tools, or machine learning models without prior written consent
  • In a way that infringes on the rights of others

Termination of access

Payments and refunds

All pricing listed on our website is in GBP. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you choose a payment plan, you are legally required to complete all payments. Failure to complete payments may result in debt recovery action and additional fees.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and by purchasing, you authorise us to continue accessing your payment information until all payments are complete.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. We do not offer retroactive adjustments or price matching.
